Melton Technologies Announces Newest Implementation of NetTrac™

February 5, 2009 -Winston-Salem, NC –  Melton Technologies, Inc. announces its newest implementation of NetTrac™ web-enabled shipment tracking. Integrated Transportation, Clint, Texas, installed NetTrac™ in December, 2008 and is already experiencing heavy tracking volume for the six customers for whom Integrated has set up the portal since starting.

About NetTrac™
NetTrac™ provides a configurable interface for the carrier’s customer that can be customized to display a marketing message and the carrier’s logo as well as the shipper’s logo for a really personal touch. Shippers or consignees can trace shipments using their own numbers provided to the carrier without knowing or caring about numbers assigned by the carrier – a benefit distinctly different from the large package shipment carriers systems. Shipments are shown in a summary form or can be expanded with a single mouse click to show details available about that shipment that is contained already in Horizon Dispatch. Optionally, by carrier preference, this information can even include the latest automated check call location data sent to Dispatch through MTI’s Circle of Service™ integration with various mobile communications devices installed on carrier vehicles. NetTrac™ can also provide imaged documents stored with Horizon Imaging that the carrier has indexed to each shipment. These electronic documents provide an ongoing reference source for shippers and consignees enabling the carrier to provide a needed and timely service to its customers without impacting its own customer care staff.
